The purpose of ETAACT 2026 is to provide a forum to bring together the researchers, scientists, engineers, and scholar students to exchange their most recent research experiences relevant to current trends, opportunities and challenges in the domain of Computational Intelligence. The primary goal is to present the innovative ideas, approaches, key issues and advancements in different aspects of Computational Intelligence such as Artificial Intelligence, Big data analytics, Cloud & Fog Computing, Deep Learning, Evolutionary Computing, Fuzzy Logic, Mobile Computing & Ad hoc Networks, Neural Networks, Optimization Techniques, Parallel & Scalable Computing, Search Engines and Information Retrieval, Security Tools & Technologies, Internet of Things. The conference will witness multiple eminent keynote speakers from academia from all over the world along with the presentation of accepted peer-reviewed articles.

  • Authors are required to submit their manuscripts using Microsoft CMT by clicking CMTLink.
  • Authors need to have a CMT account before they try to submit their paper.
  • Please ensure that your manuscript adheres to the specified length requirement of 4–6 pages, following the IEEE conference template. Download Paper Template
  • The submission of manuscripts should be done in PDF format only.
  • All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous review process. Acceptance decisions will be made based on quality, originality, technical content, and relevance to the conference's theme.
  • Every paper submitted to ETAACT 2026 will undergo plagiarism detection using anti-plagiarism software prior to review. Papers that fail the policy may be desk-rejected without further review.
  • ETAACT 2026 strictly prohibits authors from altering their details or the sequence of authors once a manuscript has been submitted.

  • The paper prior to submission should be checked for plagiarism using licensed tools like Turnitin or iAuthenticate. The similarity and AI similarity index should not exceed 10% (including self content) and 25% respectively.
  • Any form of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should not be present in the article.
  • If any model, figure, or data from previously published work is used, proper citation of the original work is mandatory.
  • The language used to explain adopted content should not replicate the original source.
  • If you are using any copyrighted material, prior permission from the copyright holder must be obtained.
  • All accepted and presented papers will be published in e-proceedings and submitted to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library, indexed by Scopus and Google Scholar.
